We invite you to discover an experience that combines landscape, history, gastronomy, and exceptional wines at Can Ràfols dels Caus, nestled in the heart of the Garraf Massif. The visit begins at the estate’s viewpoint, where we welcome you with a glass of our sparkling Clímax 2019, while you take in the vineyards and the stunning surroundings of the winery.
Next, we will explore the 15th-century masia, carefully restored, the vineyards, and our spectacular sustainable cellar, harmoniously integrated into the mountain. During the visit, we will share our viticulture philosophy and the winemaking processes that bring our wines to life, always in connection with the natural environment around us.
The experience continues in the masia’s historic kitchen, where you will enjoy a gourmet tasting of miniature dishes, specially crafted for the occasion and paired with some of our most emblematic wines. After the meal, the visit culminates with a tour of the impressive cellar carved into the heart of the Garraf Massif.
