What does it involve
In Subirats, the heart of the Penedès, a guided tour to enjoy a wonderful place surrounded by vineyards, and the views of the Monastery of St Sebastià dels Gorgs. We will walk through the vineyards of the winery, all located around the Massana family manor house. We will learn about the history of the winery and the family, the fundamental pillars in the production of all wines and cavas; ecology and biodynamics and the main techniques in the vineyard. Finish with a tasting of 3 wines & sparkling wines.
