Microvi - L'Antitast

Antitast proposes to return to the most essential way of drinking: without protocols, without technicalities and without haste. A meeting around natural wine, music and conversation, in the same place where we have the origins of our vine and wine culture.

The activity takes place in an exceptional heritage environment (Do Vinifera), with wines served freely while stocks last: several vintages of Judes Macabeu and a selection of five monovarietals of indigenous varieties - parellada, xarel·lo, macabeu, sumoll and trepat - made naturally and without sophistication.

FIRST STEP: VINEYARDS AND WINERY
Start the morning at Vins el Cep, a winery with roots dating back to 1448. Learn about the history of the union of four winemaking families and their estates. Walk through vineyards and forests, explore our winery, and enjoy a wine and cava tasting in the privileged surroundings of Espiells.

We’ll visit the cellar and winery to learn about Recaredo’s commitment to long ageing and biodynamic viticulture. We’ll taste two long-aged Corpinnat Brut Nature sparkling wines, accompanied by two Celler Credo white wines from the Xarel·lo Univers.

Visit to the winery and Brunch with commented tasting of Oriol Rossell wines and cavas

Discover the Cal Cassanyes estate, the 17th century farmhouse, the vineyards that surround the property and the cellar where our wines and caves are made. Finish your visit with a brunch at the OR Wine Garden, paired with a commented tasting of our wines and caves.

Brunch includes sausages, artisan cheeses, glass bread with tomato, potato omelette, seasonal salad, dessert, coffee and 3 wine/cava tastings

Presentation of the "MESTRATGE" project by Miquel Medall and Jaume Colet and wine tasting

Presentation of the project by Jaume Colet and Miquel Medall who produce wines that are a reflection of our landscape and those that we enjoy drinking. After years of learning and working together in different areas, the 2020 vintage begins their personal project, MESTRATGE, which gives its name to its origins. It all started at the school of viticulture and oenology, Mercè Rosell i Domènec, where Miquel is a teacher and Jaume was a student.
