Parés Baltà Wine Bar

At Parés Baltà, we are a family-owned winery with a long winemaking tradition. Our origins date back to 1790, when the first vineyards were planted on our estates and the construction of the Masia that surrounds them began.

Today, the courtyard or patio of this same family house welcomes you to enjoy our biodynamic wines and cavas in a relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by nature and with a friendly and informal character, thanks to the enthusiasm of our team and the Cusiné family.

In the courtyard of the Masia, you can have a glass of wine, participate in guided tastings, or enjoy wine and cheese pairings.

If you want to go a step further, we invite you to book a visit and learn firsthand about the virtues of biodynamic agriculture, our vineyards within the Foix Natural Park, and how we make our wines and cavas using methods that were already used by the Phoenicians more than 2,000 years ago.

We are open every day of the year, except Christmas, January 1st and 6th, and on Saint John's Day.
Monday to Sunday from 9:30 to 18:30.
