The 12th of October is coming so we open the winery for everybody!
This year, we want to visit the vineyards and the cava and taste 2 Guarda Superior cavas that have recently obtained more than 90 Peñín points.
-The tastings will be accompanied by a light aperitif. The activity is free.
On July 22 at 10 pm, Ricard Garcia, Hortonenc poet, will coordinate “D'Hortons. Poetes en la Bassa Gran”: A poetry recital that, for the fifth year, is taking place in this emblematic location of Sant Llorenç de Hortons, which in the past had served as a meeting point for women who went to do the laundry (it is still preserves the public laundry room) and, also, who was going to fill the jugs with fresh water and talk about what was cooking in the town. The fountain is located just at the end of the town and is a kind of border between the urban area and the natural environment.
With this visit we will delve into the life, customs and leisure of the Catalan industrial bourgeoisie.
Peñafort Castle, which had functioned as a convent for two centuries, ended its monastic life in 1836. After Mendizábal's disentailment, industrialist Miquel Puig, founder of Colonia Sedó de Esparraguera, became the new owner of the estate. . A few years later, the property was inherited by his son Josep Puig i Llagostera, who converted the property into a wine farm and summer residence.
At the end of the guided tour, a vermouth will be offered to the attendees.

On 28TH of May enjoy an outdoors dinner paired with Familia Torres wines. We will have the performance of the group Set de Rumba, who will liven up the evening with their best rumba versions.

An experience to learn about what AUTUMN brings us.
We will arrive at our renovated Torrelavit winery to start a walk through the Torrelavit vineyards. During this walk we will learn about the cycle of the vineyard, about how important the vegetation that grows around it is and what properties all these forgotten plants have.
🍷🥂 We will stop at 3 points during the tour to pair our wines and cavas with gastronomy made with wild ingredients.
Walk with the owner fo the winery, Eudald Massana, through the vineyards of the estate discovering the different varieties and ripening of the grapes before the grape harvest and we will continue with a tasting of the wines and cavas of the winery in the garden of the family farmhouse.
At Cal Feru we continue to work on our commitment to the dissemination and enrichment of wine culture: on this occasion we propose a meeting of emerging producers of sparkling wines from the Penedès.
The objective of this meeting is to vindicate the role of sparkling wines in our territory: their interpretation of the landscape, the grape varieties and the different production methods.

Spring is coming, and the forests become an ideal setting to observe the nature and discover the different species of birds that inhabit. This is a particularly fascinating time when we can experience bird migration up close. This means that many species of birds will choose the oak forests of Corbera de Ll. by the incubation of the eggs, the birth of the chicks and the subsequent freedom.
