The opening event will take place on Thursday, April 16 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fòrum Berger Cultural Space (Rambla Ntra. Sra. 6, Vilafranca del Penedès), during which the story “L’Ocell Piulafí” will also be presented.
The Pinnae Foundation presents an exhibition by Dolors Rovira dedicated to the work of Pau Boada y Mercader, a renowned artist linked to the Alt Penedès region, with the aim of paying tribute to his career and highlighting his perspective on the world of vineyards and its surroundings.
Pau Boada developed a distinctive pictorial language, with an expressive style rooted in the local context, standing out for his use of colour, form, and composition to convey emotions. The commemoration of the Pau Boada Year 1975–2025 underlines the significance of his legacy and the commitment to keeping his work alive, bringing it closer both to the general public and to the educational community.
