What does it involve
Transhumant 2026 returns on Sunday, May 17th with a new edition inviting participants to discover the livestock trails of the Penedès through an experience that blends nature, heritage, and local gastronomy. Starting and ending in La Bisbal del Penedès, the walk offers an immersive route through the landscape, ideal for those seeking active and authentic tourism.
Participants can choose between a medium route of 15 km or a longer 19 km route, both featuring tasting points of local products along the way. For those wanting a more complete experience, there is a gastronomic option that includes a guided visit and tasting at Torclum, as well as lunch in La Bisbal del Penedès, featuring a roasted meat cannelloni with porcini and truffle sauce.
