This activity, which can only be done during the harvest season, combines a fun trampling of grapes with the discovery of the 3 products that are in the vats in the process of being made, from must to wine.
Afterwards, a tasting of 3 wines is offered with an aperitif

-Welcome to the winery with a FIRST TASTING, with an introduction to the harvest process and wine culture.
-Guided must tasting: tasting of different PRODUCTS FROM THE VINES to discover aromas, textures and grape varieties before and during fermentation.
- Traditional trampling of grapes in , recreating the ancestral method of must extraction.
