The experience begins aboard a sailing boat moored at the port of Vilanova i la Geltrú, where Xavier Roig, sommelier at Cal Feru and Sparkling Wine Master Spain, leads a guided tasting of four carefully selected sparkling wines, sharing the secrets, curiosities, and nuances behind each glass, bringing the world of sparkling wines closer in an engaging, professional, and approachable way.
Once the tasting is over, we will sail along the coastline, enjoying the coastal skyline and a spectacular sunset from the sea. An unbeatable opportunity to experience sparkling wines from a completely different perspective.
Back at the port, the experience concludes with a local aperitif featuring cheeses, cured meats, and traditional tomato bread, turning this journey into an unforgettable memory.
