This tasting series, now in its sixth edition, is part of Territori Efervescent, Xavier Roig’s project dedicated to sharing, discovering, and experiencing the world of sparkling wines. Each session features a different theme to explore the richness and personality of Penedès sparkling wines.
The tastings are led by Xavi Roig, Sparkling Wine Master Spain and sparkling wine specialist, together with winemakers and winery representatives who personally present their wines while guests taste them.
