Tasting 20 grapes and appetiser at the cava bar among vineyards
We have a very special vineyard plot next to our small family winery. It is a vineyard collection where Pere Guilera, the third generation and owner of the winery, planted 25 grape varieties. Now that it is harvest time, come and taste, observe, compare... and you will realise that no two grapes are alike; each one has its own personality.
Next, we will enjoy an appetiser in our cava bar nestled among the vineyards. The experience will include a glass of 100% Xarel·lo cava of your choice: Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2012 or Brut Gran Reserva 2015. Two exceptional and very refreshing cavas, accompanied by a traditional appetiser: chips, olives, cheese, and fuet secallona.
