Casa Torrada Penedès was born in Sant Martí Sarroca from a simple yet powerful idea: to pay tribute to traditional country bread toast and transform it into the canvas on which to reinterpret the great recipes of Mediterranean cuisine. A unique gastronomic concept that brings together tradition, creativity, and a deep respect for local produce.
Located in a former olive oil mill surrounded by natural light, a terrace, gardens, and a spacious outdoor courtyard, this restaurant in the Penedès offers an experience of calm and well-being. Here, time seems to slow down; it is a place to enjoy, connect, and savour every detail.
Our culinary proposal combines local ingredients, homemade preparations, and strong seasonality, with a carefully crafted cooking approach that enhances the flavour of every recipe. The toasts — iconic and generous — are the common thread of a menu that celebrates the region: from gratinated cod and traditional cap i pota stew to vegetables from the agricultural park, Penedès olive oils, and a wide selection of local wines.
Casa Torrada is a charming restaurant and also an ideal place to discover the Penedès with family, as a couple, or with friends. It is a perfect restaurant for groups, offering spacious areas, private parking, and a peaceful atmosphere that invites guests to stay and enjoy.
An honest and memorable experience, created with proximity, quality, and a deep love for Mediterranean cuisine and the land of wine.
