It all started with him. Robert Jovani Mor, our father. Well, more than that. Educator, promoter, mentor, guide…. From his passion our dream is born. From your experience, our enthusiasm. And from his talent, our science...

Over four generations, our family has worked in body and soul at the Sabaté and Coca Finca, making this family cellar a life project. Based on a particular philosophy of elaboration, the goal is to obtain the maximum expression of the earth: by relying on native Mediterranean varieties such as xarel·lo and by obtaining wines and differential sparklings from very limited productions.

Suriol it's an organic and biodynamic cellar in the Penedes focused on traditional and estate homegrown wines that we sell worldwide.

The visit to the St Joannes winery aims to satisfy motives such as: tasting and getting to know the wine, learning about winemaking, experiencing the environment, appreciating the architecture and being in contact with nature.

At Finca Baldús we carry out the entire production process from planting the vines, caring for them, harvesting, pressing, vinification, wine transfer, bottling, ageing, rinsing, disgorging and final labelling.
