You will learn how to taste sparkling wines step by step, identifying aromas, flavours, and differences between styles, while discovering the key elements that define Cava and Corpinnat, two of the Penedès region’s leading sparkling wine references.
Each session is a guided journey through carefully selected sparkling wines that showcase the diversity of the territory: grape varieties, production methods, and styles that express the unique personality of this wine region. A tasting experience that highlights the origin and character of each wine, connecting it to the landscape and local tradition.
The activity takes place in the tasting room at Cal Feru, a historic wine shop founded in 1934 and located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, one of the key centres of the Cava and sparkling wine world in the Penedès.
